My lessons with Matt were always geared to exactly what I needed and he was happy to take the time to figure out where I was in the process (having had a handful of lessons over the years from different people) and was eager to make sure the learning process was actually enjoyable!
Would absolutely recommend him as a teacher to anybody no matter how long they’d been playing.

I have just had my first online guitar lesson with Matthew after wanting to try it for years. What an amazing experience, very professional and his online set up was extremely high quality. Matt was patient with me and extremely thorough. I had an issue with my technique and grip and this was changing my tone, he broke down my set up and how to troubleshoot this and correct it."
I left my lesson with a pdf and practice plan and a sense of achievement. I would recommend Matthew as a guitar tutor and also an instrumentalist. Don’t delay booking your lesson, get started today!

I've taken lots of lessons from lots of different teachers but Matt seemed to have an idea on the best way for us to go about learning before even I did. He had patience, trust and of course a fantastic understanding of music. No showing off and no wasted time; just good old fashioned fun.
I've learned quite a bit and feel like my skills have increased way quicker than I'd have imagined! Very happy to have found a natural at both the guitar and teaching!
